I’ve just finished reading “Self-editing for Fiction Writers” by Renni Browne and Dave King – and I’ve got to say … I loved it!
I found Killing A Dead Man a fast- paced, tightly woven story. The young protagonist Jordan, was well developed and engaging.
Moonlit Dreams Moonlit Nightmares is a clever and entertaining collection of thirteen short stories with a theme about the moon.
I’ve literally just finished this book and… wow.
A gripping fantasy novel with lovable characters, a well-thought-out plot, and an enchanting audiobook.
The author’s writing style is personable and organic. The reader gets immersed and is almost pulled along on Jordan’s adventure.
A well-crafted mystery with compelling characters. I won’t get into details to avoid spoilers, but here are a few things I appreciated.
Tim Wickenden’s Angel Avenger is a crime thriller novel that will keep you wanting to read on. Each chapter left me in suspense – I needed to find out what happened next!
The story is compelling, easy reading, exciting, and although it is, in theory, aimed at young adults I’d say all those who like a good, fast-paced and unusual narrative would love reading it as much as I did, which was a lot!
I can see this on TV or film and I hope that the author is busy writing more, and is one to watch out for. Highly recommended and 5/5 stars.
The thing I liked most about this book was the ability the author had to keep you reading! ahahah. I literally read it almost in one sitting. It’s got mystery, suspense and some real “OMG” moments. EVERYTHING you would want from a book in this genre.
